Proactive agents have everything time-blocked in their calendar. The have daily numbers they try to hit and they take action, instead of waiting for things to happen. The Reactive agent is transactional. They get one listing or buyer and they drop everything to chase the deal, instead of having a business that is predictable and repeatable based on daily activities.
