Pending Sales sit at 13 and are down 18.8%

There Is A 5.3 Months Supply Currently On The Market

The Percent Of List Price is 97.3%, Down 1.6% from March 2022

Days On The Market Is Currently 75 Days

Showings Per Listing is Down 37.5% At 5 Showing Per Month

Bottom Line: The single family waterfront numbers when taken by themselves are as follows for March 2023. 23 New Listing, 18 Under Contract, and 17 Sold. The average sales price $1,829,103. The average days on the market was 100 days and the percent of list price was 96.1%.

The number of home for sale on the southern part of the lake is much lower than what is available on the northend of the lake in communities such as the Cliffs and The Reserve At Lake Keowee. The homes in these communities are typically priced from $3 million to $6 million.
