About Eric S. Stegall

Thank you for stopping by my site. I'm happy to help with your discovery of the Seneca/Lake Keowee area of South Carolina. I grew up in Seneca, graduating from Seneca High School in 1988. I moved back to the area in 2004 from Florida. I've been a REALTOR for 21 years and have been helping families find their place at the the lake for 18 years. I've been married to my beautiful wife Trudy for 28 years and we have one daughter Ashlee, who is 25. I'm blessed and grateful to be able to help families discover this amazing place I call home. I cannot imagine doing anything else. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with friends. playing golf or trout fishing in one of our many rivers or streams in Oconee and Pickens counties. Whether you're looking to retire, practicing retirement or looking for a second home, I know what it takes to move across state lines and I'm here to help every step of the way. You can count on me to protect your best interest.
